ILYA KATZ Israele “Excellence Trophy” 2016 CLIMATE CHANGE

Ilya Katz was Born in Bishkek, Kirgyzstan, 1972. And he Graduated from the Design Dept., Kirgyz College of Arts.In 1992 he immigrated to Israel. He is working as designer, cartoonist and ilustrator. Since 2006 he is participating to international cartoon exhibitions and competitions and he won 65 prizes on the International Cartoon Competitions.
